SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Once you place your order, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. Within Jamaica we use TARA COURIER SERVICES and DHL for outside Jamaica. Shipping cost will be estimated at checkout.

An order number and confirmation email will be issued with your purchase, keep this information to check status of order.  Tracking information with an estimate of delivery date will be provided via courier used. Please make sure address is correct when placing order. Once item has been received by courier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, held, or damaged packages. Shipping fees and any customs/duty charges (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

In store pick up

If you’re in the Kingston area you can opt for pick up. Select local pick up at checkout. Orders will be ready within 1-3 business days. An email will be sent when your order is ready, please have your order confirmation email when picking up.

Thank you for placing your order with us. We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. To be eligible for return you must have original receipt.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service to support@cetja.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, return item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, the return form provided and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
