What’s the difference between CEVC-21 PLUS and CEVCS-16?
The CEVCS-16 model includes a separate pocket to sort denominations or reject counterfeit notes.
Why do you have a PLUS at the end of your CEVC-21 model?
Because there is a standard and a PLUS version of this model. The PLUS offers 6 more sensors for more accurate detection of counterfeit notes and better bank note recognition. The PLUS version is the top tier quality bank grade money counters
Is the CEVC-21 model same as Ribao BC-55?
Yes, our machines are manufactured by Ribao Technology Co. Ltd. Our PLUS version offers more.

Yes, we offer customer support for all machines we sell. There are helpful online video tutorials on our website. If you still need help call or email us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Will my money counter need to be serviced?
The CET value counters have an Auto service feature. The machine will alert the customer when servicing is required.
Will the money counter be updated for new bills/counterfeits?
All our money counters will get Software updates as needed.
Is there anyway customers can see the transactions performed on a money counter?
Yes, we have 5“LED external display units available for purchase.
How many bills does the hopper hold?
Hopper holds up to 600 pcs.
Can I use any printer with the money counter?
We recommend only using printers compatible with our money counter. For more information, please contact us.
Does money counter only detect US counterfeits?
Our money counters will detect counterfeit bills for the types of currencies supported.

Do bills have to be sorted or facing same direction?
You can put the bills in any order and any direction and the money counter will detect the currency and denomination.
